What to bring (Tonbridge)

Residential Camps

Please arrive in Lions match or training kit and wearing trainers. Please bring one bag training with you (your Lions holdall) and one overnight bag.
If players do not have Lions kit they should wear their school kit instead. Please note that replica club kit is not acceptable for training.

Holdall

2 x  large waterbottles

Suncream

Facecovering

Medication (if applicable)

Hand Sanitiser

Pen (important!)

Waterproof top

Binbag

Non-studded boots (astros) as some sessions will be on astro (or can wear trainers) or for grass if the pitches are firm

Studded boots for playing on grass if the pitches are soft

Shinpads

Goalkeeping gloves (if applicable)

Overnight Bag

Towel

Toiletries

Casual clothes (including warm jacket/top) for evenings

Lions Training or playing shirt (if being worn on arrival)

Lions Tracksuit

Second pair of shorts

Second pair of socks

Swim wear

Spare laces/studs/stud tightener/boot cleaner

All bedding and pillows are provided but players will need to bring their own towels

Mobile phones (and charger) may be used but will be collected in each evening

The players will not need any money.

During the Camp the players could be playing on a mixture of grass and astroturf. The grass is likely to be quite hard so ‘astroboots’ might be best for both surfaces.

We would expect players to bring one main bag plus their team holdall/backpack. It would be helpful if the players’ holdall/backpack was already packed ready for training with boots, shinpads, waterbottles, suncream, medication, binbag, waterproof top (and goalkeeping gloves for goalkeepers).
