Non-studded boots (astros) or trainers suitable for playing football on astroturf
Studded boots for playing on grass

A holdall/backpack (ideally a Lions holdall). Players will need to carry their boots, shinpads, waterbottles and waterproofs to the pitches from the accommodation.
Shinpads
Goalkeeping gloves (if applicable)
Spare laces/studs/stud tightener/boot cleaner
All bedding and pillows are provided but players will need to bring their own towels
Mobile phones (and charger) are not needed or recommended. We do acknowledge that some parents will want their children to have a mobile phone. Players that do decide to bring phones will not be allowed to take them out during the day and phones will be collected in each evening by the coaching staff at around 7.30pm.
We do not expect the players to need any money during the Camp.
The players will be going for lunch before starting training and so should wear their tracksuits with their training t-shirt underneath on arrival.
During the Camp the players could be playing on a mixture of grass, astroturf and indoors depending on the weather etc.
We would expect players to bring one main bag plus their team holdall/backpack. It might be helpful if the players’ holdall/backpack was already packed ready for training with boots, shinpads, waterbottles, suncream, medication, a binbag, waterproof top (and goalkeeping gloves for goalkeepers).
